SALES POLICY:
1. We pay shipping (UPS ground) on all prepaid orders within the continental USA.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts, and to change specifications, design,
availabilities and prices at any time and without prior notice.
Our products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of
delivery, to the original purchaser or lessee, to be free from defects in materials
or workmanship. *We will, at our option, extend this warranty beyond one year.
The warranty terms stated here MUST BE KEPT to validate this extension.
The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty concerning the
products shall be repair or replacement of defective parts at no charge to the
original purchaser or lessee, at the discretion of William A McIntire Enterprises.
These products are designed and intended for use by competent professionals only.
The individual user should determine before use whether these devices
are suitable, adequate, or safe for the use intended. Because individual
applications are subject to great variation, the manufacturer makes no representation
or warranty as to the suitability or fitness of these devices for any specific application.
Direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages or losses resulting from
the use, or misuse, of these devices shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser
or lessee.
(Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.)
Subjecting the units to excessively rough handling, moisture, high
voltages, overloading the output, operating the unit without proper ventilation,
improper packaging for shipping, damage incurred during shipping, any improper or
negligent use, or any attempt to open, repair or modify the unit, or removal or obscuring of
the serial number label will void the warranty. Warranty may be limited to
original purchaser as shown on original invoice.GENERAL
2. Immediate shipping (subject to product availability) on all orders prepaid by cash, cashiers check, or money order. Payment in US Dollars only. Orders paid by check allow 2 weeks for check clearance.
3. We accept most credit cards. A "convenience charge" of 3% will be added to invoice.
4. COD shipments add $7.00.
5. Rush shipments add appropriate fee per carrier. Prepaid or reseller shipments can use your Fedex or other carrier account number.
6. Dealer sales only to bonafide resellers with dealer application on file.
7. No additional charge for drop shipment to your customer. (See items 1. & 5.)
8. No sales tax when buying direct from our Oregon factory !
9. Credit terms, if approved, are limited to a maximum of NET 10 days from date of shipment (invoice date). We will allow a reasonable time for your payment to reach us via US mail. Delinquent accounts will be placed on COD status until they become current. At that time we will re-evaluate and we may, at our discretion, decline reinstatement of the account.
INTERNATIONAL
Purchases outside the USA must be prepaid in US dollars. Payment is best made (as well as fastest) via interbank transfer or credit card. PAYMENT CAN BE WIRED TO WILLIAM A McINTIRE ENTERPRISES AT (CALL US AT 503 678 6236 FOR CURRENT BANKING INFORMATION). A US$50 "processing fee" will be added to invoice.
Orders are shipped at customer expense or customer shipper account number (Fedex, etc.). We will ship through your broker, or to another location such as your forwarding agent, on request. A standard Proforma Invoice will accompany the shipment. Certificates of origin and NAFTA forms will be added when applicable.
DELIVERY
Normal delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks. Occasionally we are extremely busy and must quote longer lead times. Often, though, we are able to ship sooner than expected. Our products are hand made and will not be rushed or mass produced so as to compromise reliability. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
RESELLERS
Applications for reseller status will be carefully evaluated for credibility.
We strictly prohibit the purchase of equipment for transfer to a rental division which may be affiliated with your company. This creates an unfair
advantage for companies having sales AND rental divisions or affiliations. Violations of this strict policy will void warranties on all equipment purchased, retroactively. Equipment to be purchased for transfer to (or by) your rental division can be purchased at a 10% discount.
We also require that you NOT discount your resale price more than 15% below our suggested list pricing. Exceptions can be made to schools,
nonprofit organizations, or by special request.
WARRANTY
